SUNSET IN AUCKLAND

Auckland. The dreamiest city. I knew I had to visit the second my best friend made the move there and I’m so glad I did. Not only does she live with the nicest, most inviting family but she already knew the best spots to take me by the time I made the trek out there!

If you’re ever in Auckland, Mt. Eden is the place to be. It’s a short hike from the car park with plenty of open space to find somewhere to sit and watch the sun set over the city of lights. You also have the perfect view of the iconic sky tower!

I can honestly say this was one of my favorite nights of our entire trip. It might not be the coolest thing we did, but it was so memorable. We drove around aimlessly, singing as loud as we could, laughing about everything under the sun and just enjoying the short amount of time we had together. Traveling makes me so happy and doing it with your best friend makes it ten times better. These are the days I live for.
